@Dcljr: Could it have been the info page ("Wt/tcy") you saw that on, and not the main page ("Wt/tcy/ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪುಟ")? No, it was the main page. I even clicked through to the editor, but didn't try to make any changes. Just now, I checked my browser history and I see that the relevant page title there says "View source for…". So, apparently I simply didn't notice that the tab said "View source" when I clicked on it, and then also didn't recognize that it wasn't a "live" page editor I was looking at — which is very strange, because I am well aware of the difference between the two.
